At Golden Trove, we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50%. A card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjust the type of service according to the time adjustment. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold a standard of professionalism and respect for our stylists’ time.
To respect the time of our stylists and other guests, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Repeated no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring your scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule altogether, depending on your stylist’s availability. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right. Redo services must be performed by the original stylist and do not apply if the outcome was changed due to a shift in your original consultation or if proper at-home care was not followed. We do not offer refunds, but we’re committed to adjustments that reflect our standards of excellence.
