01. Parking: We are located just off Park Meadows Drive, nestled between Yosemite and Quebec. There are ample parking spots, and three designated spots directly in front of the salon for added convenience for our guests.

Absolutely. We specialize in luxury custom K-tip, weft, and hybrid extensions. All extension services begin with a consultation to ensure we select the perfect method and length for your hair and lifestyle. We use the highest quality of hair, sourced ethically and guaranteed for long lasting color, and longevity.
6. Do you offer extensions?
We use Alfaparf Milano, a luxury Italian color line known for rich, long-lasting results and exceptional hair health. It's low in ammonia, infused with protective ingredients, and offers stunning vibrancy with full gray coverage. Perfect for custom, high-end color that leaves the hair shiny, soft, and beautiful. We also use industry staples such as Redken Shades EQ, K18, and Oribe.
5. What brands or color lines do you use?
Each title reflects the stylist's experience, demand, and technical expertise. You can choose based on budget, availability, or desired level of customization. View our team page to learn more about each tier.
4. What's the difference between a Co-stylist, Stylist, Specialty Stylist, and Elite Stylist?
We use a parts-and-labor pricing model. Service pricing is determined by skill and time, while the cost of color is calculated separately based on the exact amount of product used--ensuring fairness and full transparency.
3. How is pricing determined at Golden Trove?
Our hours are listed on our website, along with our booking site. Hours vary by stylist, so please view our online booking system or contact our Front Desk for detailed availability according to each stylist.

7. What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Golden Trove operates by appointment and values both our guests' time and our stylist's schedules. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within a 24-48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100%.
8. Are children or extra guests allowed?
To preserve a relaxing, luxury experience for all clients, we kindly ask that only guests with scheduled appointments join us in the salon.
